Training Details
- Session Length: 60-90 minutes per session
- Frequency: 2-5 sessions per week (as per your schedule)
- Available Hours: Monday-Friday, Morning (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM) & Evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Assessment: Initial consultation and regular progress reviews
- Equipment: We provide all necessary yoga props and equipment
